Who we are. The H.E.A.L. Network (support@reverseandheal.com) provides functional-health coaching. This portal lets you complete your questionnaire, connect your wearable, message us, and share documents.
What we collect. Your name and email; your health questionnaire answers; data from any wearable you choose to connect (such as your Oura ring); and any documents you upload. We only collect what you provide or choose to connect.
Why. To provide and personalize your health coaching, and to communicate with you about your care.
Who sees it. The H.E.A.L. Network care team. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How it is protected. The connection to this site is encrypted. Your password is stored in a scrambled, unreadable form, and sensitive connection keys (including your wearable's access tokens) are encrypted at rest.
Your choices. Your consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time. You may disconnect your wearable from your dashboard, and you may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting support@reverseandheal.com.
